Any modifications to the frame or engine of a moped are intended for off-road/track racing use only, and are not intended for use on public roads. According to the Department of Transportation mopeds should not exceed the speed of 25 mph. For moped reliability, we recommend upgrading the jet by 3x stock before using kit. Additional upgrades such as an exhaust pipe are recommended for peak performance. All kits are inspected before shipping. Please inspect yourself before installing. If kit was damaged in shipping, do NOT install. UPS will not cover any claims after a kit has been installed or attempted installation. We are NOT responsible for damages the occur due to improper installations.
