We have two shipping options for our international customer:

1) Bongo Express Shipping Forwarders (saves customers up to 82% off standard rates)

2) US Parcel Service (only recommended for light-weight items. Contact us to order using USPS)

Bongo International provides customers with their own US address (not a P.O. Box). Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases at our website the same way local customers order. Bongo receives your orders, logs them online, consolidates, then asks you where to forward them via DHL International (at up to 82% off rates).

Step-By-Step Order Guide (for Bongo International)

1. Shop for your items on our website and add them to your cart.
2. Setup your Bongo International account by clicking the Bongo button below.
3. After signup, Bongo will provide you with your very own USA address.
4. Back at our website, proceed to Google Checkout from your shopping cart (to pay via credit card, or contact us to pay via check or wire transfer).
5. Enter your new US address supplied by Bongo as your SHIPPING address and the address registered to your credit card as the BILLING address.
6. Click submit and you are done. Contact us if you have any problems, questions, or concerns.
7. Bongo will take over from here, so communicate directly with them for delivery of your order via online chat or email.
