We accept Credit Cards, Google Checkout, PayPal, Money Orders,
Bank/Wire Transfers, Checks, and Cash as forms of payment. If you prefer to
pay using a different form of payment, we will try to work with you.
All of our preferred payment options are 100% secure for you.
We accept credit cards through our
online shopping cart and over the phone. To guarantee that your
order ships the same business day (if ordered before 2pm), it is
usually best to order over the phone. If you would like to order
online, Google Checkout will guarantee the quickest processing.
We are one of the safest
online stores on the web. We only allow our senior employees to
accept and process orders. We do not keep hard copies of your
credit card number that can be lost or stolen. Our website and
shopping cart are secure with hacker and virus protection. We
are BBB approved.
Also, our employees DO NOT work on
commissions. You shouldn't feel pressured into any purchases and you
will always get the best deals. This also means that all
recommendations by our employees will be honest...not the most
profitable for themselves.
We charge a returned check fee of
$25.00. If an order is not paid in full for any reason, and
the customer does not reply within 60 days, or if the customer
wrongfully refuses to pay, he or she is responsible for any
additional fees that our third-party collection company may charge.
How to Pay:
To pay via credit card, Google Checkout, or PayPal, use our online shopping cart or

*When using the online shopping
cart, shipping fees (if any) will be added in as soon as the item is
added to the cart (not upon checkout). Only our NJ customers must
pay tax (7%).

Warranty/Usage Policies:
Unless otherwise noted, all
products sold on this website come with the factory warranty. KpoDJ
will guarantee that the factory warranty or equivalent will be valid
and usable, but KpoDJ does not offer or imply any other official
type of guarantee or warranty.
KpoDJ is not responsible for any
type of damages or losses whatsoever due to the usage (or any form
of usage/set-up) of the products sold. KpoDJ will not be held
responsible for the delay of any shipment or order for any reason.

Shipping Policies:
We normally ship DHL, but we will
ship UPS or FedEx upon request.
Orders are usually processed
within one business hour and picked up by DHL the
same day or the following business day. Ground shipping usually
takes 1-5 business days (not including weekends or holidays).
Tracking numbers are usually available within 12 hours after your
order has been processed. We do ship express, but you will need to
contact us to arrange that.
If an order is delayed due to the
shipping company that is used, you must contact us within two weeks
of the ETA so that we can file a claim. If you wait longer than two
weeks, it will be very hard to file a claim with the shipping
company that is used.
Although we do everything in our
power to get your orders to you ASAP, we cannot guarantee arrival of
any equipment. If an order is delayed due to the shipping
company, the most we can do is refund your shipping fees.
Return Policies:
All order are guaranteed to arrive
in perfect working condition (unless otherwise noted). If your
equipment is defective, broken, or missing pieces when it arrives,
you must report it to us within 4 days after the equipment is
delivered. We will pick up the merchandise at your location and
deliver a new unit to you.
If your equipment breaks after use
(anywhere from 2 days to 20 years),
contact us. Your merchandise will be covered under a factory
warranty (unless otherwise noted). We will help you contact the
manufacturer and set up a return. Unless the warranty has expired, the manufacturer will
fix or replace your equipment for free. Depending on the
manufacturer's warranty, you may have to pay the
shipping fees if there are no local places (run by the
manufacturers) that you can take
the broken equipment to. If a broken item is not covered under any
warranty, we can still help. We have a full repair service. If
you would like to return something because you do not like the
merchandise, you must get it back to us within 30 days of the time
you placed your order. Shipping fees are not refunded
(and if the order offered free/discount shipping, our actual shipping cost will be
deducted from the refund). A restocking fee of up to 25%
may be applied, depending on the condition of the return and the
type of refund requested (store credit or money back). No returns will be accepted after
30 days unless the manager authorizes it. To receive a cash refund,
you must ship the item back to us within one business day of when
you have received it. The following items are
not returnable: DJ software (after the box is open) and special order
items. Also, Microphones, In-Ear Monitors, Heil Talk Boxes, and any
other items that touch your mouth, your nose, or your inner ear
cannot be returned once opened due to health laws. All returns must
come back in original packaging in original condition.
