Payment Polices (payments accepted)
For US customers with the same shipping address as their billing address:
We accept all major credit cards, Google Checkout, PayPal (from confirmed & verified buyers only), postal money orders, checks, bank/wire transfers, cash, and finance options available thru one of our partner finance companies. Credit card orders can by placed online or by phone. All other orders require contacting a sales rep. (We require all customers outside of the continental 48 states to contact us before ordering.)
For US customers with a different shipping address as their billing address:
We accept all major credit cards (thru Google checkout or PayPal), Google Checkout, PayPal (from confirmed & verified buyers only), postal money orders, checks, bank/wire transfers, cash, and finance options available thru one of our partner finance companies. Credit card orders can ONLY be placed online if you pay via Google Checkout or PayPal (with a confirmed shipping address). All other orders require contacting a sales rep. Payment Polices (customer security and fraud protection)
We only allow senior employees to accept and process orders. We DO NOT keep or store credit card numbers ANYWHERE. Our website shopping cart is hosted on a secure page with hacker and virus protection, but billing information is not stored anyway. Plus all credit cards we accept, Google Checkout, and PayPal also offer their own anti-fraud and customer protection, too.

Payment Polices (processing/shipping time)
For continental US customers:
We pride ourselves in offering fast service and expedited order processing/shipping time. Most orders ship out from our warehouse within 1-2 business days (usually the same business day). We own several warehouses and work with many manufacturers and distributors that are willing to ship products out for us if it will cut down on processing/shipping time. While processing orders, we find which shipping location would offer the fastest delivery and send the order there. Ground shipping can take up to 6 business days, but since we can ship from multiple locations we often get the delivery time down to 1-2 business days.
However, we do not make any guarantees on order processing time whatsoever unless "Rush Processing" is requested. In that case, we will guarantee to process your order the same business day (if ordered before 3:00 PM EST) or the following business day (if ordered after 3:00 PM EST). This means, if you request "Rush Processing" your order will ship out from our warehouse the same business day (if ordered before 3:00 PM EST) or the following business day (if ordered after 3:00 PM EST), or your order will be processed and sent to the closest shipping center (such as the manufacturer's drop-ship center) the same business day (as long as the product is in stock and available). If your order is delayed at our warehouse for any reason (other than product availability), we will refund two times the amount you paid for "Rush Processing" and continue to expedite the processing of your order, plus a customer courtesy rebate of 10% off (up to $20) your next order and give you "Rush Processing" for free on your next two orders. If you place an order with our shopping cart and the product(s) you ordered are not available that day, your credit card will not be charged and we will contact you to discuss options on how to proceed with your order.
Unless otherwise requested, all orders are shipped ground/standard delivery (1-6 business days). Expedited shipping is available by request only. If there are any delays whatsoever in shipping, the only guarantee implied by a specified delivery date is the same guarantee that the shipper offers (plus our customer courtesy rebate of 10% off [up to $20] on any delay that does not meet the specified rush processing or expedited shipping dates). For example, if you request express shipping via UPS and UPS does not deliver on the guaranteed delivery date printed on www.ups.com, you will be entitled to a full refund of the express service charges charged by UPS (as long as the delay is reported within 7 days of the ETA). No other guarantees are implied (aside from the customer courtesy rebate, see 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee for details).
Shipping fees are included in the cost of the item for most products. Some products may not qualify for "free" shipping, but often a discounted shipping rate is offered. Contact a KPODJ sales rep for details.
For customers outside of the continental US:
We require all customers outside of the continental US to contact us before ordering. Shipping time and costs may vary. Please discuss options with a KPODJ sales rep.

Payment Polices (returned checks, false/bad/bogus payments, fraudulent/incorrect use of a chargeback, or no payment on open account)
We charge a $35.00 returned payment fee for any type of returned/bad payment including but not limited to: checks, wire transfers, money orders, bank transfers, money transfers, credit/debit card payments, PayPal, or GoogleCheckout. This also applies to any fraudulent or incorrect use of a chargeback or stop-payment with a credit/debit card payment, PayPal payment , GoogleCheckout payment, or bank payment. This $35.00 fee will apply to all bad, false, fraudulent, or insufficient payments and/or any fraudulent, incorrect, or false use of a chargeback or stop payment of any kind that we receive. Customer is responsible for the $35.00 fee plus 100% of the original payment and any additional fees KPODJ incurs due to the bad payment or chargeback. If the retuned payment came back before the customer's order was processed (or before service was rendered) and the customer does not wish to proceed with the order or service requested, only the $35 fee along with any additional fees or losses KPODJ incurred due to the returned/bad payment or false chargeback will be due to KPODJ. Please note: A bad credit/debit card payment is not the same as a declined payment. If your credit/debit card was immediately declined while attempting make a payment and your order was not processed, you will not be charged a fee.
If an order (or services rendered) is not paid in full for any reason, or if the payment made was bad, false, fraudulent, or insufficient, or if the customer wrongfully refuses to pay, the customer is responsible for a $35.00 returned/bad payment fee plus any and all additional fees or losses that KPODJ incurs due to the bad payment. If the customer's requested services were rendered, or if the customer received an order or merchandise, or if the customer's order or merchandise was shipped or sent to the specified location provided by the customer, 100% of the original payment or invoice will be due to KPODJ along with the $35.00 fee and any additional fees or losses that KPODJ incurs due to the bad payment or chargeback. If full payment, including any fees and/or recouped losses owed to KPODJ, are not received, or if the customer refuses to pay the complete balance due to KPODJ, or if the customer does not respond or cannot be reached by KPODJ, or if full balance is not paid off within 30 days of when it was due, customer will be responsible for any and all collections fees charged by a third-party collection company. If a customer's account is not paid off within 30 days, a 1% (unless otherwise specified) interest fee will be added to the balance every 30 days.

Shipping Policies (lost, stolen, damaged, defective, or delayed)
For continental US customers:
All products shipped by KPODJ are sent fully insured (unless otherwise noted or requested). All orders are guaranteed to arrive in perfect working condition (unless otherwise noted).
If you do not receive your order and deem the shipment to be lost or stolen, you must contact us within 20 days of the date you placed your order with us (or the maximum allowable amount of time allotted by the shipping company to file a claim for a lost or stolen package). KPODJ will handle the claim for you and ship out a replacement order within one business day of when the shipping company accepts liability for the lost or stolen item. You will not have wait for the shipping company to complete the claim.
If product(s) from your order arrive damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of the date your order was delivered (or the maximum allowable amount of time allotted by the shipping company to file a claim for a damaged package). KPODJ will handle the claim for you and ship out a replacement order for the damaged or defective products within one business day of when the shipping company accepts liability for the damaged items or within one business day of when the damaged/defective products are returned to KPODJ. You will not have wait for the shipping company to complete the claim. If the merchandise was damaged in shipping, the shipping company used will provide you with a prepaid return label to return the damaged merchandise (if necessary). If the merchandise was not damaged but happened to be defective (dead on arrival), KPODJ or the manufacturer of the bad product will provide you with a prepaid return label to return the damaged merchandise (if necessary).
If you do not receive your order on the specified delivery date posted and expressed by the shipping company, you must contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date (or the maximum allowable amount of time allotted by the shipping company to file a claim for a delayed package). If your order was delayed due to the shipping company, we will file a delay of services claim for you. The only guarantees we make or express are the same as the shipping company's guarantees (plus a customer courtesy offer of up to $20, see 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee for details). Usually the shipping company will offer a full refund of the shipping service charges if the delay your order longer than what they post and express. They usually do not offer any additional guarantees or insurance due to delays and they do not offer additional compromises if a delay occurs due to a lost, damaged, or defective product delivery. KPODJ will not be held responsible for any damages or losses whatsoever due to any delays in shipping or the shipping process. KPODJ will help you retrieve service failure fees from the shipper, and offer a maximum customer courtesy rebate of $20 (see 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee).
For customers outside the continental US:
We require all customers outside of the continental US to contact us before ordering. Shipping time and costs may vary. Shipping insurance options may also vary. Please discuss options with a KPODJ sales rep.

Warranty, Usage, and Liability Policies
Unless otherwise noted, all products sold as Warehouse Reseal, Store Reseal, New Open Box, or New Factory Sealed, sold on this website, come with the factory warranty. Extended warranties and/or additional coverage may be purchased as well from KPODJ. KPODJ does not offer or imply any other official type of guarantee or warranty.
KPODJ is not responsible for any type of damages or losses whatsoever due to the usage or any form of usage/set-up of the products sold. Any injuries, claims, damages, losses, etc. directly or indirectly caused by a product sold by KPODJ must be taken up directly with the manufacturer of the product.
KPODJ will not be held responsible for the delay of any shipment or order for any reason. We typically ship products out within one business day and ground shipping typically takes 1-6 business days, but there are unforeseen delays from time to time. We may offer express shipping and/or guaranteed delivery by a certain day when shipping UPS, FedEx, or another shipping company, but if there are any delays due to the shipper, the maximum responsibility we assume is a refund of the shipping costs (the same guarantee that the shipping companies offer in their delivery guarantees).
KPODJ cannot be held responsible for any losses or damages due to any delay in shipping or processing, or any damages. If item is delayed or damaged by the shipping company, you must contact us within 7 days of the ETA or delivery date to receive a shipping fee credit (in the case of a delay) or a replacement product (in the case of a damaged item).

30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
KPODJ guarantees that all products will arrive in perfect working condition (unless otherwise noted), all products will arrive on time (if a specified ETA was given or requested), and you will understand how to use the products ordered. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or missing pieces and you report it within 7 days, KPODJ will handle processing any claims and make sure all shipping fees and replacement fees are covered 100%. If an ETA was requested and an item does not arrive on time (the specified delivery date from the shipping company), we will file a claim with the shipping company for you so you will get cash back on the shipping fees paid (even if we offered you free shipping, you will still get cash back on what we paid the shipper for delivery fees), plus we offer our own customer courtesy rebate of 10% off (up to $20) your next order with us. Even though we have no control over the shipping company or any delays, we still offer our customer courtesy rebate. If you receive your product and do not know how to use it, call us! We have a technical support team here for you. We will do everything in our power to explain how to use and set-up the products you ordered. If you are still confused, we will contact that manufacturer for you and get one of the engineers or tech specialists at the factory on the phone with you for additional help.
We also have a 30 day return policy on most items if you do not like the product you ordered and decide you would like to return it.   (See Return Policies for details.)

Return Policiess
For continental US customers:
All orders are guaranteed to arrive in perfect working condition (unless otherwise noted). If all or part of an order arrives defective, broken, or missing pieces, you must report it to us within 7 days of the delivery date. You will either be provided with prepaid shipping labels to return the merchandise for replacement equipment or, if you agree, arrangements will be made for a local repair center to fix it free of charge. You will not be responsible for shipping fees or replacement fees if part or all of an order arrives defective, broken, or missing pieces. If you wish to return a product for credit or cash back that arrived damaged, defective, or missing pieces, the replacement steps must first be taken. KPODJ cannot accept a return for a product that is damaged, defective, or missing pieces until replacement steps are taken and the product is fixed or replaced. [This is done because when filing a damaged/missing pieces claim with the shipping company used or when filing a claim with the manufacturer for a DOA (dead on arrival) product, we must follow certain procedures.] If you wish to receive credit or cash back for part of an order that was missing, credit or cash back can be issued the same day the shipping company accepts liability for losing part of the order (you will not have to wait for the full claim to be completed), or immediately if it is determined that the shipping department did not sending the complete order. If the missing product(s) was ordered independently of rest of the order, a 100% refund for that item will be issued immediately. If the missing product(s) was part of a package or package priced order, KPODJ will determine the value of the missing item(s) and offer a partial refund on the package.

If your equipment breaks after use, contact us. Your merchandise may be covered under a factory warranty (all products come with a valid factory warranty), KPODJ warranty (most products come with a 30 day KPODJ warranty), or Warrentech extended warranty (these are available for an extra fee and must be purchased within 30 days of the date or purchase). We will help you contact the warranty center and set up a return. Unless the warranty has expired, the warranty department or the manufacturer will fix or replace your equipment for free. Depending on the warranty, you may have to pay all or part of the shipping fees if there are no authorized repair centers near you. If a broken item is not covered under any warranty, we may still be able to help. We have a full repair service center.

If you would like to return something because you do not like the merchandise, you must get it back to us within 30 days of the date you placed your order. Returned product(s) must come back in perfect working condition with no visible damage or scratches, they must include everything that came in the box (i.e. cables, accessories, etc.), and all packaging must be included in the return. Shipping fees are not refunded (and if the order offered free/discount shipping, our actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund). Also, we do charge a restocking fee of up to 25%. [We charge a restocking fee to cover part of our costs in processing a refund. We incur credit card fees, payment processing fees, labor costs, packaging costs, and shipping fees when sending the product out. Then when we accept the return and resell it, there is a significant loss in value of the returned item since it will either be considered a used product or a customer return.] A restocking fee of 25% will be applied to returns requesting cash back on a product that was opened and used. A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to returns requesting store credit on a product that was opened and used. A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to returns requesting cash back on a product that was opened but never used or turned on. A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to returns requesting store credit on a product that was opened but never used or turned on. A restocking fee of 10% will be applied to returns requesting cash back on a product that was not opened. A restocking fee of 5% will be applied to returns requesting store credit on a product that was not opened. Returns will be credited at the price paid on invoice, less any re-stock fee. Items showing signs of misuse or consumer abuse will not be accepted for return credit. The following items are not returnable: software (including DJ software of any type), special order items, used or B-Stock products, open box products, close-out items, televisions, and automotive merchandise. Also, Microphones, In-Ear Monitors, Heil Talk Boxes, and any other items that touch your mouth, your nose, or your inner ear cannot be returned once opened due to health laws. All returns must come back in original packaging in original condition. All returns must follow the instructions listed below:
1) Do NOT send returns back without getting an RA (return authorization) number and ship-to address first.
2) All returns must be sent back with an approved RA number clearly written on outside of the shipping box, NOT on the product or manufacturer packaging.
3) Products must be returned complete with original parts and documentation along with the original manufacturer's box/packaging. Incomplete returns will not receive a full credit and will fall subject to manufacturer's warranty.
4) Boxes MUST be packed sufficiently, meeting the shipping carrier packing specifications.
5) Where applicable, an additional fee determined by KPODJ may be applied for missing part, documentation, and manufacturer’s box/packing.
6) All returns must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer and double boxed with the RA number displayed on the outside of the shipping box along with the number of boxes shipped back.
7) Credit will be issued within 5 business days from the date of receipt to KPODJ. Credit will be applied back to the original order, and under the same payment terms, or as discussed when creating the RA number.
8) RA numbers are valid for 30 Days. The RA number will automatically delete from our system after the 30 days.
9) Please return ONLY those products AUTHORIZED for return. Credit will not be issued for incomplete returns and/or products not approved for return.

For customers outside the continental:
All guarantees and return policies stated above apply for customers outside the continental US, except that customers outside the continental US will be responsible for all shipping fees to and from KPODJ.

If you find an item advertised for sale on any other authorized dealer's website/catalog/store tag price/advertised price, we will lower our price by up to 120% of the difference between our price and their final price before you order. If you are offered a "special discount" by any authorized dealer below their advertised price or if you notice a price from a dealer that many not be authorized, we will beat their prices on a case by case situation (we often honor the 120% guarantee anyway). If you find an item advertised at a lower price by an authorized dealer after you order, contact us. We can usually give you a store credit for up to 120% of the difference between our price and their final price (as long as the manufacturer hadn't changed pricing since you ordered).
