A 96 kHz audio expander from Allen & Heath, the GX4816 provides high-input-count remote expansion for SQ and dLive* mixing systems (both sold separately).

*Note: dLive compatibility due in Firmware V1.9

Every GX4816 comes loaded with 48 dLive mic preamps that include independent Phantom Power LED indicators, as well as 16 XLR line outputs. In addition, 2 DX ports are available for connecting up to 4 DX Expanders for further input/output expansion. Connection to a ME Personal Mixing System is also possible via the DX2 socket.

These units connect using a single Cat5e cable to an SLink socket on a SQ, or to a gigaACE audio network card (both sold separately) on a dLive system.

Connection to DX Expanders and the ME Personal Mixing System is also via Cat5e cable.
