The Pioneer XPRS 15 Active PA Speaker combines a 15-inch low frequency driver with Class D Powersoft amplification in a compact and portable cabinet capable of high quality audio reproduction at increased volume levels.

Pioneers XPRS 15 uses a 15-inch low-frequency driver along with a rotatable 1.75 inch titanium high frequency driver that, when combined with a rotatable horn, allows for the speaker to be set-up in both vertical and horizontal positions to best suit its environment. These are housed in a hardwood ply cabinets that help to deliver honest and low distortion audio. Patented AFAST tube technology resides within the chassis and helps deliver a superior low-end and mid-range by reducing the effect on standing waves within the speaker.

The Pioneer XPRS 15 Speaker is driven by newly designed Class D amplifiers from Powersoft and are known for both quality and excellent reliability, capable of delivering an impressive 2400 W of peak power or 1200 W continuously. The amps are also equipped with Power Factor Correction technology to increase reliability and maintain performance of the speaker.

The XPRS 15 comes with two XLR/TRS balance combination inputs and can also be connected via unbalanced RCA cables. Each input has level control to adjust the incoming signal with one channel also having stepped gain control making it ideal for direct microphone connection. Underneath the inputs are twin XLR outputs for connecting to other speakers and subs.

Four EQ settings; Flat, Bass, Speech and Wedge are available for varying scenarios and playback and are easily engaged by buttons on the rear of the speaker, again these additions help create a versatile and usable soundscape for all manor of environments.

Reliability and usability of the Pioneer XPRS 15 has been increased by the inclusion of an auto-ranging power supply, this allows use of the speaker in any country or via any type of power source that might be used. Additional power, speaker and amplifier protection has been implemented such as thermal and audio limiters, over-voltage and feedback protection plus further implementations to make sure the speaker capable of delivering stunning audio safely time after time
