To Fit
Holds the Denon DN-MC6000
The ProX Denon MC6000mk2 flight case (I'm sure other controller versions of this case are identical, if you'd like an idea how they may rate as well) seems to be well constructed. I recently received and the controller fits nicely. The firm foam strips attached under the laptop tray hold the controller in place well, when the tray is slide forward. The laptop tray slide rails could be better, they bind slightly if the tray is slightly cocked. I found a little Teflon spray helps quite a bit in minimizing the binding on the rails. There is a small tray stop towards the back of the right tray rail, make sure it is flipped up and the screw/nut are tight before sliding the tray back, mine was loose and laying flat and I slide the tray completely off the rails. All in all it seems to be a very well built case and time will tell how well it holds up, but for now I am happy with it for the price. I docked a star because of the laptop tray rail binding, other than that I think if ProX comes up with a little better rails/track system this case would be top notch.
Burton Nuse: I should add if anyone is curious, as I didn't find any information on this when I was researching flight cases. The laptop try accommodates my 17" widescreen laptop fine. I was worried that it wouldn't fit well, as the photos of the tray looked a bit too small for a large laptop, but it fits fine and had enough room left over for me to mount my tablet holder to it as well.
