The transmitter is available with various Shure microphone capsules, providing a variety of signal response characteristics and pick up patterns. The transmitter features a comprehensive display with timeout function. Two AA size batteries provides up to 8 hours of power.

This handheld transmitter features the Beta 87A capsule which utilizes a cardioid pattern for high gain before feedback while offering excellent rear rejection. With its low-frequency roll-off and 3-stage pop filter, this microphone is ideal for studio-grade vocals.
